Privacy Policy
Personal Information:
Gazelle Est. committed to limits its collection of Your Personal Information to only that which is necessary to provide and improve the Services. This includes but not limited to : Your name, email, mobile number, address, access to your photo gallery, in the case being provided by You.
Information Disclosure:
Gazelle Est. is committed to not disclose any of the customer's information without the customer's prior consent. Gazelle Est. use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other platform will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy , including the Limited Use requirements.
Information Usage :
All the information and Personal Information collected by Gazelle Est. will be solely used for the services provided by Gazelle Est. and for the sake of enhancing the services.
Picture's Copyrights:
As a customer, you will have the copyrights of your pictures. Gazelle Est. won't take the copyrights, or sell them, share them, re-use them for anything other than your order.
Access to Photo Gallery:
Gazelle Est. will require to get permission to access your photo gallery, in order for you to be able to select the pictures that you want to print them. Upon the customer's order completion, the customer have all the right to turn-off the permission
Information Retention:
Gazelle Est. will retain all information and Personal Information until the customer account with Gazelle Est. is terminated. Unless directed otherwise by the customer. All pictures uploaded to Gazelle Est. will be retained for 30 days from the date of uploading the pictures. After that, all pictures will be deleted from Gazelle database. Please send us email at care@gazellewall.com if you want us to delete the pictures immediately
Picture's regulations:
Gazelle Est. have all the rights not to accept any order that includes nudity or offensive content. Customer shall be liable for any consequences that will occur as a result of uploading pictures that doesn't belong to the customer
Payment Terms:
All associated payments related to Gazelle Est. services will be facilitated securely and safely through an authorized Payment Gateways. Whenever required, all payment details including Credit Card Numbers, Passwords, Expiry Date and Security Code will be encrypted through the authorized Payment Gateways backend. Gazelle Est. is committed to not retain any payment details
Shipping And Return Policy
Shipping & Delivery:
1) Gazelle Est. is committed to prepare and deliver the customer order to the Shipping company within a maximum of 48 working hours from the time of receiving the customer order (Fully Paid).
2) Orders will be delivered to the customer through the shipping company within 2 – 5 working days within the kingdom of Saudi Arabia – Gazelle Est. shall not be liable for any potential delay from the shipping company
3) Shipping and Delivery Fees (within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia) are FREE
Refund Policy
1) Gazelle Est. is committed to deliver a product with high quality and value added to the customer. in case, the customer is unsatisfied with the product, Gazelle Est. is committed to contact the customer and apply the refund policy, as per the terms.
2) the Customer shall report to Gazelle Est. any mistake or quality unsatisfactory within a maximim of 48 working hours through care@gazellewall.com with enough details
3) Gazelle Est. is committed to refund full amount (excluding shipping fees) in case, order mistake or a manufacturing defect in the product deliverd to the customer. Other cases (other than the listed) are not included in the refund policy
